Is it cold, flu, or coronavirus?

Contra Costa Health Services has issued this handy chart to help you determine if the symptoms you’re having are due to a cold, the flu, or COVID-19.

If you think you may have COVID-19, contact your primary care physician first. Do not go to the emergency room unannounced.
If you do not have a primary care physician, call the CCHS Advice Nurse at 1-877-661-6230 option 1.

Find local resources to support you through stay-in order

In response to the pandemic and the ensuing shelter-at-home order, Richmond Main Street launched an online Community Resources Directory that offers one-stop-shopping for key local resources.

The directory is an evolving “work in progress” and “is intended to assist in sharing information about resources available to individuals and businesses in relation to the current coronavirus (COVID19) pandemic,” RMSI said in a statement.

Directory categories include: Local, State, Federal Health & Safety Updates; Health & Safety Guidelines for Employers & Small Businesses; Food Access Resources; Housing, Utilities & Internet Assistance; School Closure Info & Support for Students & Youth; and Emotional Support & Physical Wellbeing.
